About TrackTag

TrackTag exists for a simple reason: losing your keys, your wallet or any of your possessions shouldn't cost you your time.

We supply Bluetooth trackers that work with Apple Find My and Android Find Hub — the kind of small, unglamorous device you forget about until the day it saves you two hours and a locksmith's call-out fee.

Who's behind TrackTag

TrackTag is run by Dhlathu Group (Pty) Ltd, based in Pretoria. Our day-to-day work is Electronic hardware design — circuit boards and embedded firmware, including GPS and GSM tracking systems and Bluetooth Low Energy devices built to work reliably in the field.

TrackTag came out of that work. When you spend your days designing location and tracking hardware, you develop a clear sense of what these devices can and can't do — which technology actually suits which problem, and where the marketing claims run ahead of the physics. A Bluetooth tracker is a genuinely small, inexpensive piece of engineering that removes a disproportionate amount of everyday worry: where are my keys, did I leave my wallet, is my bag still where I put it.

That's why we stock these products. They're the right engineering answer to a common, irritating problem.

The business

TrackTag is the trading name of Dhlathu Group (Pty) Ltd, a registered South African company based in Pretoria. We trade under our own name — you're not buying from an anonymous storefront.

How we ship

Every order ships with The Courier Guy, going out from Pretoria and reaching anywhere in South Africa in 1 to 3 working days.

You can collect from a locker or PUDO point for R70 — free on orders over R500 — or have it delivered to your door. Lockers are open 24 hours, so you collect when it suits you rather than waiting at home for a driver.

Getting hold of us

If something goes wrong with an order, or you're not sure which tracker suits your situation, get in touch. Engineering is what we do, so you'll get a straight answer about what will and won't work for what you're trying to track.

Thanks for supporting a small South African business.
