Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in the same condition you received it.

• Return shipping must be paid by the customer
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
• Certain items are non-returnable (opened electrical parts, custom orders, sale items, and gift cards)

We inspect all returns upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
