Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped from Pretoria via The Courier Guy, anywhere in South Africa. Some items are shipped directly from one of our South African supplier partners. These are clearly marked on the product page and are covered in the section below.
Items shipped by TrackTag
Delivery options
- Locker collection — R70. Collect from a Courier Guy locker at your convenience, 24 hours, with a collection code sent by SMS.
- PUDO point collection — R70. Collect from a PUDO counter near you.
- Door-to-door delivery — R140. Delivered to your address.
Locker and PUDO collection is free on orders over R500. Door-to-door is charged on all orders.
Delivery times
- Dispatched within 1 working day of payment
- Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
- Tracking number emailed on dispatch
If you choose locker or PUDO collection, tell us which one suits you in the notes at checkout. If you don't, we'll contact you before dispatching.
Items shipped by our supplier partners
- Products marked "Ships from our partner warehouse" on the product page are sent directly from a South African supplier partner, not from our Pretoria dispatch.
- Delivery is included in the price of these items. No extra delivery fee is charged for them.
- These items are delivered door-to-door only. Locker and PUDO collection is not available for them.
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days. Tracking details are emailed to you once the partner dispatches.
- If your order includes both TrackTag-shipped and partner-shipped items, they will arrive in separate parcels, possibly on different days.
Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the courier.
