1. General By placing an order on tracktag.co.za, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products We sell Bluetooth tracking devices compatible with Apple’s Find My network and Samsung’s SmartThings Find network. These are hardware items only — we do not provide tracking subscriptions or monitoring services.

3. Orders & Acceptance All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock availability.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Payment is required in full before we dispatch your order.

5. Shipping See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is handed to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items may be non-returnable once opened or activated.

7. Warranty All tracking devices carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. We do not offer additional warranties beyond what the original manufacturer provides.

8. Limitation of Liability Our tracking devices help locate items but are not a guarantee against theft or loss. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
