Before you buy

The battery is built in and recharges wirelessly. It is not user-replaceable, so the card's life is limited by the life of its battery — the trade-off for keeping it this thin.

It uses the Find My and Find Hub networks rather than GPS, reporting its location when a nearby phone passes by — constantly in towns and cities, less often in remote areas. A tracker is paired to one network at a time; you choose Apple or Android at setup.
